Short Stay House Rules

At kurb we try to be as relaxed as possible so you can enjoy your stay, however we have to set some ground rules!!​

We have a strict no smoking policy in all of our properties. If you wish to smoke, please leave the premises and discard of cigarette buts appropriately.

Parties & large gatherings are not allowed in any of our properties. Equally, only the guests that you have told us about are allowed to stay in the property.

We need to keep our neighbours happy. Therefore we kindly ask guests not to be the cause of any loud noise heard between the hours of 10pm and 9am.
