Arrange a viewing time for the property, contact us and let us know.
We recommend advising the agent that you are sending someone on your behalf.
We will then send one of our trusted team to view the property.
Whilst we are there we will ask all relevant questions, including any requested by you as well. We will conduct a property walk through video and take pictures.
Once we have finished the viewing, we will arrange a suitable time to call to discuss the property further.
We will also provide you with a full detailed report following the viewing, including any comments we have surrounding the property.
